The website and seller

The identified seller is Oria Rose. Its business address is displayed in the contact section. That address is not automatically a warehouse, return destination or collection point. Use the Contact page for a question about an item or order.

Read the product page together with Shipping, Returns and Privacy. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived or require a customer to accept a remedy that is not applicable to the situation.

Choosing an exact product

Read the selected option, dimensions, materials, care information and included components before deciding. A photograph may contain display objects or a finished project example that is not included. A close view does not establish the scale of an item.

Do not assume that two similar sets contain the same tools, that an accessory fits equipment from another system or that a material is suitable for heat, water, food contact or a particular user unless the listing expressly supports that use. Ask about any missing fact that matters to your choice.

Screen settings and natural variation can affect appearance. That does not excuse a materially different item or an unsupported product specification.

Prices and the order summary

Prices are shown in US dollars. The final checkout summary identifies the selected items and quantities, the delivery charge and any other stated charge before payment authorization. Check that information and your delivery details carefully.

Standard shipping is $5.99. No free-delivery threshold or unlisted payment method is promised. An incorrect price or product detail must be resolved before an affected order is accepted; do not treat a screenshot as an agreement to supply a different option.

Payment and order confirmation

A saved bag, checkout visit or payment attempt is not a completed purchase. An order is complete only after the payment service confirms payment. If payment is unavailable, the site must say so and must not simulate a successful transaction.

Use the payment controls provided in checkout. Do not send payment-card details through the contact form or to an unverified address. Keep the order reference and purchase information associated with an accepted order.

An acknowledgment records the order details. A dispatch notice identifies actual shipment information when it is available. The two stages are different; an acknowledgment does not mean a carrier has received the parcel.

Delivery and availability

Handling is estimated at 1–2 business days and transit at 3–6 business days, for an estimated 4–8 business days in total. The cutoff is 15:00 America/New_York, Monday through Friday. Orders after that time enter the next business-day handling window.

Availability and delivery service must be confirmed for the selected option and destination. These estimates are not guaranteed event-date delivery. If an order cannot be fulfilled as agreed, customer care will explain the issue and applicable options.

Changes, cancellation and returns

Request changes or cancellation promptly with the order reference. Whether processing or dispatch can still be stopped depends on the order stage. A request is accepted only when confirmed.

You may request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery. Read the Returns page and obtain receiving instructions before sending a parcel. A business address in the footer is not a return authorization.

An exchange depends on availability and agreement on any price or delivery difference. Nothing in a voluntary return process removes remedies for a defective, incorrect or misdescribed item that apply by law.

Using and protecting the website

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operations, introduce malicious code or use the site to submit unlawful material. Keep private order-access links and account or payment credentials secure.

We do not ask you to publish order-access links or send passwords in a support message. If you suspect misuse of order information, contact customer care through the store’s published channel.

Content and product suitability

Product descriptions and photographs explain the selected item. Do not use them as proof of a safety certification, testing standard, professional endorsement or performance claim that is not stated and supported. Follow the applicable instructions for the exact product.

Respect rights in website content and third-party material. A purchase does not imply permission to reproduce the website’s photography or use a seller’s identity to represent a separate business.

Privacy, questions and applicable rights

Privacy and Cookies describe the website’s information use and browser storage. A contact message is sent for customer care; it is not an automatic marketing subscription or permission to publish its contents.

Contact customer care if an order term is unclear or a problem remains unresolved. Provide the order reference and the relevant facts, avoiding unnecessary personal information.
