Shipping & delivery
Standard shipping is $5.99. Allow 1–2 business days for handling and 3–6 business days in transit, an estimated 4–8 business days in total.
Where we deliver
We deliver to all 50 US states and the District of Columbia. APO/FPO addresses, US territories and international destinations are not supported.
Orders ship from the fulfillment location assigned for each order. Import duties are included; applicable sales tax is shown at checkout before payment.
Before you place an order
Check the exact product option, quantity and delivery address before paying. The final checkout summary shows the delivery charge and any other applicable charge before you authorize payment. A product photograph, saved bag or payment page does not reserve stock or confirm dispatch.
Delivery availability depends on the address and service shown at checkout. Do not assume that a destination, special address or expedited service is covered unless it is offered for your order.
Handling and the daily cutoff
The order cutoff is 15:00 America/New_York, Monday through Friday. Orders after the cutoff enter the next business-day handling window. Handling and transit are separate stages. The estimated 4–8 business days include both stages; weekends are not business days.
An order acknowledgment records the order details. It is not a shipping confirmation or a promise that the parcel has already left the supplier. We do not claim a specific dispatch country, carrier or warehouse unless it is confirmed for the order.
Following your shipment
Use Track My Order with your order reference and secure access to the checkout email. Shipment information appears when an actual tracking record is available. A label being created is not proof that a carrier has collected the parcel.
Carrier tracking may take time to update. If the information stops changing, appears incorrect or shows delivery when you have not received the parcel, contact customer care with your order reference. Check the delivery address and any carrier delivery notice before reporting a missing parcel.
Address changes and cancellation
Contact customer care promptly if you entered an incorrect address or need to cancel. We will check the processing stage and whether the requested change can still be made. A request is only accepted when confirmed. Once dispatched, a parcel may not be rerouted or recalled.
Do not pay an additional delivery fee through a message or link that you cannot verify as part of your order. Customer care will explain any applicable options before you agree to them.
Delays or an unavailable item
Delivery times are estimates, not a guarantee of arrival for an event or date. If we cannot fulfill an order as agreed, we will explain the delay or availability issue and the applicable options, including cancellation and a refund where appropriate.
A tracking estimate does not override your rights. Contact customer care if a delivery concern remains unresolved; keep the order reference and relevant notices so the issue can be checked accurately.
