A request for a page or image can include an IP address, request time, requested URL, browser and device information, and security or error information. This technical information is involved in delivering and protecting a website. Referrer information can depend on browser settings and the link used.

Product search filters the published catalogue in your browser. It is not a public messaging channel. Do not enter passwords, payment information or other sensitive details into a search box.

Saved shopping choices

The shopping bag saves product references and quantities in local browser storage. This allows your selections to remain available on that browser. It does not create an account, reserve a product or prove that you paid.

You can remove this data using your browser controls. Clearing site data can remove a saved bag and privacy choices on that device. Restricting storage can affect how these features work.

Questions and customer care

The contact form asks for a name, email address, message and an optional order reference. These details are used to respond to the inquiry when the service is available. If the form reports that delivery is unavailable, your message is not represented as delivered.

Include only the information needed to explain the issue. For a product problem, a focused photograph of the relevant part is usually more useful than an image containing people, identity documents or unrelated information about your home. A support photo is not permission to publish it as a review or advertisement.

Orders, secure access and payment

When ordering is available, the order flow uses product and quantity selections, contact and delivery information, order references, totals and payment outcomes. These records support the purchase, delivery, fraud prevention, receipts and later customer care.

Payment credentials are entered with the payment service shown at checkout. Do not send card details through the contact form or by email. The store needs order references and payment outcomes to reconcile an order; a saved bag is separate from these records.
